We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. If for any reason we cannot ship within this period we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to wait for the delayed delivery or you may request a full refund.

Sometimes we may ship items from multiple warehouses, if this does happen you will not be charged any additional shipping fee.

Our Flat Rate Shipping to Most Destinations covers over 95% of the Australian population. Some regional areas will show a higher price as we are charged significantly more by couriers to deliver to these areas.

Items we sell can be flammable or large, these items require specialist shipping. We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee if the cost of shipping is excessive. If this is the case you will have the option to use your own shipping contractor or cancel your order.


All of our products are sourced in Australia and include the full manufactures warranty.


Occasionally we all get it wrong and need to return or exchange an item.

All returns and exchanges must be discussed prior to approval and within 7 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in original brand new condition including packaging and manuals.

All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Please Note:

Returns are not available for special orders or products that are cut to length.

If we have made a pricing error on a listed product we reserve the right to cancel the order and supply a full refund.
